Great Value Rates!

Our rates are per week and are fully inclusive of taxes. Pool heat is optionally available at £125/$199/150€ per week, if requested at the time of booking.

For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £80/$125/95€. For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount.

 Seasons: Peak - Christmas / New Year, High - Summer / Easter, Mid - Half Term, Low  - Jan. / Early Feb.)

A security deposit of £200/$300/265€ is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

Bookings requests are held for 5 working days until receipt of deposit (£150/$285/200€ per week). Once the deposit has been received we will confirm the booking by email. The final balance plus the security deposit is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods We accept Sterling and USD cheques or you can transfer payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in US Dollars, Sterling or Euros.

Please note the latter is subject to a 3.50 percent surcharge to cover the credit card fees.

Note all prices are based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of publication. Non-US dollar prices may be adjusted by the actual exchange rate at the time of booking.
