How much does it cost to stay in your villa? Our rates vary from season to season. To view our rates please see the Availability & Rates page AND PLEASE CONTACT US FOR CURRENT OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS!
Is the pool heated? The pool can be optionally heated, we recommend that it is heated between October and April. The cost is £125/$199/150€ per week.
Do we have to clean the property before we leave? We have professional cleaning company that clean the villa before you arrive and after you leave. So no need for you to do the cleaning!
Can we bring our pets? Unfortunately, for the comfort of all our guests, we do have a no pets policy.
Do we have to bring linen and towels? We provide all linen and towels for your stay. We do recommend that if you are bringing a baby that you supply your own linen for the baby in case your baby has an allergy to the soap powder used to wash our linen.
Do you have a cot and highchair at your villa? We provide a travel cot and a highchair free of charge.
What is the arrival and departure times at your villa? Arrival time at the property is after 4pm and departure by 10am on the date of your departure, unless otherwise pre-arranged.
How do I obtain the key to the villa? A door key is not used in our villa. We provide guests with a unique private code number by email, a few weeks prior to departure. This code is entered into a keypad set into the door, so there are no worries about collecting a set of keys, losing the keys or concerns about who else may have a key.
Is there a telephone at the villa? Yes, there is a cordless telephone, with FREE calls to over 60 countries WORLDWIDE, so you can keep in contact with friends and family during your vacation, even if they are as far away as Australia!
Is there internet access at the villa? Yes. A WIFI broadband internet connection is provided FREE of charge for our guests use. Please note that this service is provided FREE to guests. Also, Watersong has a cyber-cafe with desktop PC's also providing FREE internet access.
What services are provided? The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. The pool and garden are maintained weekly.
What entertainment is provided in the villa? There is entertainment for all the family with a widescreen LCD HD TV with access to hundreds of cable channels, including Fox Sports, plus a DVD player, Sony Playstation and games. A selection of DVD's, books and board games are available for your use. There are TVs with cable access in all 5 bedrooms. A WIFI Broadband Internet connection is provided for guests use. The games room has a pool table, air hockey, table football and electronic darts.
How will we find the villa? We will provide directions from Sanford and Orlando International airports to enable you to easily find the villa.
Will my possessions be safe in the villa? For you peace of mind a centrally monitored home security system has been installed in our villa.
Is smoking permitted in the villa? For the comfort of all our guests the villa is TOTALLY NON-SMOKING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Additionally, Florida law does not permit guests to smoke within rental villas.
How close are the nearest shops and restaurants? Towards Orlando the nearest shops are at Champions Gate where you will find a Publix supermarket which is a five minute drive. Also at Champions Gate is a selection of restaurants. About 10 minutes drive is the 192 with its multitude of restaurants and shops. Five minutes from Davenport you can also find a large Wal-Mart and other shops and places to eat.
How far away are the theme parks? The main gate at Walt Disney World is about a 15 minute drive away from Watersong and the Universal parks are approximately 30 minutes away.
Who can we contact if we have a problem at the villa? We have a management company who are at hand throughout your stay. They provide a 'Meet and Greet' service shortly after your arrival, to show you round the villa, explain how everything works and to provide local information for you. If there are any problems during your stay they do their very best to resolve them for you. We will give you their contact details prior to your arrival at our villa.
