Room by Room Descriptions

Family Room

This room is light and spacious with comfortable leather sofa and armchairs and is fully air-conditioned for the family to unwind and relax. It has a large 42" HD LCD television with a huge choice of digital cable channels. It is also equipped with a DVD and Playstation, with a small library of DVDs, video games and books to keep all the family entertained. 

Formal Lounge

Formal lounge. A place to sit on the comfortable sofas and chat, read a book or enjoy a drink before or after dinner in the adjacent formal dining area. The cordelss telephone gives you FREE access to calls to over 60 countries worldwide and there is FREE WI-FI broadband internet access throughout the villa. 

Formal Dining

The dining area can seat six people comfortably on fabric covered dining chairs, around an elegant glass top round table, tastefully laid for lunch or dinner. There is an another marble top table and four chairs in the nook/kitchen area.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with all the everything you are likely to need whilst on vacation. This includes a hob, oven, large fridge/freezer with ice make and drinks dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided including unbreakable items for use by the pool. The nook area has a table and four chairs, plus a breakfast bar with two stools for casual dining or breakfast.

Nook

The nook and open plan kitchen over-looks the pool and is a great place for breakfast and a fabulous start to your day. 

Pool Deck

Backing on to the conservation area, the pool deck boast a magnificent 30' x 15' pool and spa, both of which can be optionally heated. Poolside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and loungers for relaxing on after a hard day at the Theme Parks! The deck has a pool screen for your comfort and a removable child safety fence. A gas BBQ grill can be provided for a small additional charge.

Games Room

Challenge each other to a game of pool, table football (foosball), air hockey or electronic darts in the games room. A bar table and two stools gives the spectators somewhere to sit and watch. Fun for all the family!

Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

Master Bedroom

The tastefully decorated master suite has a huge king-size bed, cable LCD TV and ceiling fan, two bedside tables with lamps, a large chest of drawers with mirror and a closet. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower, double sink and vanity unit, large bath and separate WC.

Second Master Bedroom

At the front of the villa this bedroom, decorated in an Asian style, comprises a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a large chest of drawers, built-in closet, cable TV, alarm clock and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,  sink/vanity unit and WC.

Third Master Bedroom

Also at the front of the villa this bedroom comprises a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a large chest of drawers, built-in closet, cable TV, alarm clock and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower,  sink/vanity unit and WC.

'Surfer' Twin Bedroom

Decorated in 'surfer'-style, with twin beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and a built-in closet. Shared bathroom with bath/shower, sink/vanity unit and WC.

'Pink' Twin Bedroom

Beautifully decorated with twin beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, cable TV, alarm clock and a built-in closet. Shared bathroom with bath/shower, sink/vanity unit and WC.
