A dream vaction in Florida, the sunshine state! Renting our fabulous 5 bedroom executive villa is the affordable way to enjoy your stay in a beautifully furnished home, with its own heated private pool, so you can treat yourself and your family to that once in a lifetime vacation.

 

The villa is located in the exclusive Watersong community in Davenport, Orlando, Florida, which is conveniently located for all of the attractions that have made Orlando the vacation capital of the world.

 

With championship golf and shops less than five minutes drive, and Walt Disney World less than 15 minutes drive, this is the ideal location for your Florida vacation!

Crystal Palm Villa comprises 3 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom, ideal for families. Our spacious air-conditioned villa totals approximately 2900 square feet with soft carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated non-slip floor tiles giving that luxurious and spacious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.

 

It is decorated and furnished to the highest standard and can accommodate 10 people comfortably and a crib can be provided (at a small cost) for for an infant.

 

Entry to the villa is by your own private digital entry code, so there are no worries about losing keys or concerns about who else may have a key. For your peace of mind, the villa is also protected by a monitored security alarm.

Family Room

This room is light and spacious with comfortable leather sofa and armchairs and is fully air-conditioned for the family to unwind and relax. It has a large screen 4K smart TV with a huge choice of digital cable channels (including English Premier League and European live soccer). It is also equipped with a small library of books and toys to keep all the family entertained. 

Formal Lounge

Formal lounge. A place to sit on the comfortable sofas and chat, read a book or enjoy a drink before or after dinner in the adjacent formal dining area. The cordelss telephone gives you free access to calls to US and Canada and there is free high speed WI-FI broadband internet access throughout the villa. 

Formal Dining

The dining area can seat six people comfortably on fabric covered dining chairs, around an elegant glass top round table, tastefully laid for lunch or dinner. There is an another marble top table and four chairs in the nook/kitchen area.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen with all the everything you are likely to need whilst on vacation. This includes a hob, oven, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and drinks dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided including unbreakable items for use by the pool. The nook area has a table and four chairs, plus a breakfast bar with two stools for casual dining or breakfast.

Nook

The nook and open plan kitchen over-looks the pool and is a great place for breakfast and a fabulous start to your day. 

 

Pool Deck

Backing on to the conservation area, the pool deck boasts a magnificent 30' x 15' pool and spa, both of which can be optionally heated. Poolside furniture is provided for al-fresco dining and loungers for relaxing on after a hard day at the Theme Parks! The pool deck, one of the largest at Watersong, provides a huge area for sunbathing, it is fully screened for your comfort and has a removable child safety fence. A rental gas BBQ grill can be provided on request.

Games Room

Challenge each other to a game of pool, table football (foosball) or air hockey in the games room. A Disney-themed coffee table with two chairs, a bar table with two stools, plus another two chairs gives the spectators somewhere to sit and watch the action or just the Smart TV. Fun for all the family!

Master Bedroom

The tastefully decorated master suite has a huge king-size bed, wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, two bedside tables with lamps, a large chest of drawers with mirror and a closet. The en-suite bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower, double sink and vanity unit, large bath and separate WC.

Second Master Bedroom

At the front of the villa this bedroom, decorated in an Asian style, comprises a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a large chest of drawers, built-in closet, smart TV and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink/vanity unit and WC.

Third Master Bedroom

Also at the front of the villa this bedroom comprises a queen-size bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, a large chest of drawers, built-in closet, smart TV, and ceiling fan. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower,  sink/vanity unit and WC.

'Surfer' Twin Bedroom

Decorated in 'surfer'-style, with twin beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, wall-mounted smart TV, and a built-in closet. Shared bathroom with bath/shower, sink/vanity unit and WC.

Pink' Twin Bedroom

Beautifully decorated with twin beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, wall-mounted smart TV, and a built-in closet. Shared bathroom with bath/shower, sink/vanity unit and WC.
