Great Value Rates!
Our rates are per week and are fully inclusive of taxes. Pool heat is optionally available at £210/$250 per week, if requested at the time of booking.
For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £150/$195.. For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount.
Seasons: Peak - Christmas / New Year, High - Summer / Easter, Mid - Half Term
A security deposit of £400/$500 is due along with the final balance 10 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Bookings requests are held for 5 working days until receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost. Once the deposit has been received we will confirm the booking by email. The final balance plus the security deposit is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods We accept Sterling and USD cheques or you can transfer payment directly to our bank account. Alternatively, you can pay securely using any major credit card via Paypal in US Dollars, Sterling or Euros.
Please note there is a small booking fee, but this is waived if paying by cheque or bank transfer.
Note all prices are based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of publication. Non-US dollar prices may be adjusted by the actual exchange rate at the time of booking.
Booking Form
On receipt of your booking form we will confirm, by email, that your vacation dates are available and the total cost for the dates you have requested.
To make an reservation, please click here to download a copy of our booking form (click the booking form image). Please complete the form and return it to us by email (if you have any difficulties please contact us and we will email a copy to you).
Details of how to pay, and when payments are due, will also be included in the email.
The signatory to the booking form must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be at least 25 years of age.
The booking will be confirmed once we have received your deposit.
Payment Options
On receipt of your booking form we will contact you by email to explain your payment options. These include direct bank transfer to either our US or UK banking accounts, cheque or payment by credit card, via Paypal. Note there is a booking fee which is waived if paying by cheque or bank transfer.
